Edirol UA-4FX Not showing in input driver list

Hi guys

I am trying to record guitar onto my computer using the Edirol UA4-FX.

I've looked in the control panel and the UA-4FX is listed under recording devices. However, when I go into Cakewalk Home Studio 2002 I don't see it under the Input Driver list, I only see my sound card.

I have used this device with this version of Cakewalk before to make recording so I know that it is possible.

I have already used the UA-4FX with Cakewalk today as a midi interface to playback some midi tracks which I then recorded into cakewalk using the sound card's mic input.

Anyone got any ideas? I don;t see anything in the UA-4FX manual that might help and Cakewalk's help on the device screen is virtually non-existent.

Not familiar with your specific audio/midi device, but make sure current drivers are installed. Also under audio, you can have sonar search for devices. Might be worth it to give this a try.
