Exclamation Ampeg SVX, Amplitube 2 demo's not working in Sonar 4

Guys, it's driving me bonkers...

Amplitube Metal Full Version: Works
Amplitube Fender Demo: Works
Ampeg SVX Demo: Doesn't work
Amplitube 2 Demo: Doesn't work

So what happens is that once I'm done recording my guitar / bass part with Ampeg SVX or Amplitube 2 in Sonar 4...I hit the stop button and get an error message about "SONARHS.EXE" and sonar crashes. The weird thing is that the stand alone versions work fine.

Has anyone else had this problem? I'd rather not buy the full version if I can't even get the demo to work. Ampeg SVX is the more important one to me, as I can make due with Amplitube Metal just fine.

I also have EZ Drummer with all of the expansion packs, these VST's work fine as well.

If I've brought something up that could have been found with a simple search, I apologize...but I looked through google up and down and couldn't find an answer.

Default Re: Ampeg SVX, Amplitube 2 demo's not working in Sonar 4

This might be an obvious one but is the demo version time bound? If so, is registration "past due"? Can the demo mode be used as a VST instrument?

Also, the error msg says "sonarhs.exe"? Does this mean you are running Sonar Home Studio 4? Not sure if that would make a difference...

I'm running Sonar 8 PE with the full suite of Amplitube products with no issues.

Sorry for not offering any specific suggestions but just throwing out thoughts. If you are serious about demo-ing the product for purchase, I'm sure IK Multimedia sales/support would try to answer your questions...

Also, you're probably already aware but IK is running a killer deal on Amplitube...
