Are you kidding? I'd have the most amazing recording site in the universe if I had some slaves under me. We'd have videos on anything and everything. I'd have a database of audio shootouts done in a repeatable fashion so that you could hear a billion different mics on the same acoustic guitar.

I once maxed out Notepad with all my recordingreview.com ideas. I'm not going to spill them all here.

dig: this isn't exactly the same but Rode has a Rode Mic university where they demonstrate via video how they use each mic.

I only have about 10 mics total and I'm not sure 2 of those are worth using, old beaters, but we'll see.

I haven't done anything yet but I would be willing to do this. Like I have said before, I want to hear something new all the time and the better it sounds the better I will feel. I will do anything that will help other engineers make better songs..
