Like Wikipedia. A kind of encyclopedia that everyone is able to contribute. I think you have moderators who have to approve things, but its the way to get the best explanation for something. You can have whole conversations about the meaning of something without cluttering up a forum, or the definition itself. Might be useful when defining the word w a r m!

I had an entire section of Recording Review dedicated to this. There was actually very little interest in it. I was really surprised because it would have been really nice to have a clear explanation of "S/PDIF" or "comb filtering" back when I started.
Because of the lack of interest I removed it and decided to include it in my upcoming home recording book. I expanded on it quite a bit and really explain all kinds of concepts in only enough depth to explain why they are important to a home recording dude. It really fits that market better and it's the kind of thing that would be nice to have as reference. A 20 page glossary in a home recording book seems to add more value than a section on a website. I'm not sure why. I was actually quite disappointed in the way the glossary turned out. Maybe my navigation to it wasn't as obvious as it probably should. Brandon
