"Listen Up And Be Quiet"

or

"I'm All Ears But It was Worth It"
how to record music
(You would be on the cover with huge ears)

How about:

The Lousy T-Shirt Book: How to sound like a million dollar studio while making records at home.

Because some people will get the "I went to.... and all i got was this lousy tshirt joke, and some won't... Which will make the title all the more intriguing...

"Making Music at Home" ? I'm thinking - what would I search for on the net? Although I'm a newbie.

The Internet search is an interesting thing to take into consideration. I started searching "Home Recording Studio" and derivitives of that phrase to find the books I own now. I think that is how I found this forum

I buy books for every new topic I get into. I probably buy 80% of those books off of the Internet by searching and 20% by browsing in-person at Barnes and Noble. If you are going to mainly market your book on the Internet, get some search engine friendly titles.

Brandon,

Why not just title the book with what I consider to be a central thesis of yours:

IT'S NOT ABOUT THE GEAR!!
Professional Audio Recordings Without A Big Studio Budget!

... or something along those lines?

Charlie
