Hmmm, maybe along those lines:

then as a Sub tittle of other text
"(the best way to avoid bad habits is to never start)"

Now, you'll have to make that '1,000 days of trouble' comment (in your blurb there on that other page) a theme in your introduction to the book I guess, to give some continuity from the title. And it seems a selling point, being given an educational 'boost that might equate to 2 or 3 years of work on one's own. But your editor can help you with that...
