Default Home Recording Book Title Declared

After numerous HILARIOUS, stupid, retarded, idiotic, and awesome titles I've decided that I want to keep it simple after all.

The name of the series of products is entitled simply: Killer Home Recordings.

The reasons why will make sense when you see how I've layed out the product (which is not really a book anymore).

I wanted something that wasn't boring, had personality, and that allowed me to put blood, a butcher knife, a serial killer, and maybe even a swastika on the cover and actually get away with it. (I'm still playing around with that one.) I've got the concept down and I just need a real graphics guy to do the artwork for me.

WTF?blood, a butcher knife, a serial killer, and maybe even a swastika ? Well of course-
anyone could see the connections between Home Recording &blood, violence & mayhem.
Especially if they've had experience recording at home.Where's the Hells Angels go in that
mix?

Sure! A Tiger sells sugar coated corn flakes. A rabbit sells batteries. A race car driver sells domain names. Who doesn't like Hannibal Lector? It's debately Anthony Hopkin's best work!

The swastika is probably pushing it, but that really depends on if I go the Charles Manson route or not.

I've become a believer in chance. You shouldn't overthink the decisions you make in life. There is a certain chaotic, random element that seems to dominate. Whether it be Geffen coming THIIISSSSS close to stopping promotion of Gun N Roses Appetite For Destruction when it hadn't even broke even or the doctor who threw aether huffing parties like some frat-house junkie who discovered anesthesia, it's clear to me that you just have to do what you do.

It'll either be successful or it won't.

It won't be all things to all people. It's not in my nature. (I actually recently read that one of the first criteria for being happy is accepting this fact. I read in a totally different book that accepting this is the first step to maxing out productivity.)

So I don't know. All I know is I would burn in eternal hell if I made yet another home recording product with cheesy, lo-fi picture of a poorly lit mixing console on it. I won't do it!

There's no rush. I still have a TON of work to do. I'm not sure if I made the right choice by going THIS big with the thing, but when it all comes out I'm sure it's gonna kick ass....if I live to see if finished!
