I've been playing the trumpet for about a year now but about three months ago
i decided i was going to get into the music business with a couple of friends and start a rock band...well that didn't work out so I decided I would go solo and do my own thing with rapping and making beats...and the beats thing is coming along slowly but the rapping is improving a lot although i still dont like my flow. Recently- three days ago- i decided to start a record label becuase I've always been fascinated with the business part of music and I've already "signed" a band , a singer, and I have friend who is going to help me with producing. Im only seventeen but I am serious about this label and I want to make it work at ALL costs.

I been writing lyrics for the last few months and I really don't care too much about those since I've always been writing my whole life but my problem is the making of the music...I've did a few beats but they haven't been spectacular or anything to be amazed by. So i joined this forum to sort of get a feel for things.
