    Default Introduction: In Aurem (In One Ear ...)

    Hi Everyone,

    Glad to be here. My particular niche in home recording is making high-quality high-resolution digital transfers of analog source material (LP, cassette). I've done over 250 over the last couple years, and I think I've gotten pretty good at it .

    In my professional life, I have more than 25 years experience in the software and consumer electronics industries. Since 2004 I've been with Harman International (harman/kardon, JBL, Infinity, et. al.) in metro Detroit MI USA.

    I hope to contribute what I can here. I also keep a blog called In Aurem (In One Ear ...) to discuss topics related to analog-to-digital archiving. ("Ephemeralizing," I call it.) You're welcome to stop by any time.
