Hi... I think its about time I introduced myself. Ive been lurking around in the forums reading all this great information for sometime now. I dont remember exactly how long cause Brandon cancelled my account for not posting, but thats neither here nor there.

Well Im actually new to this whole studio recording process. I used to DJ a few years back and eventhough we recording a few things nothing at the level that Im at now. Ive always wanted to make the switch to full audio production but due to time/money was unable to make this dream happen.

Ive finally decided to take the plunge and I must say since the first step its been a wonderful ride. I initially built my studio to make beats for a few of my rap and r&b friends. I didnt plan on getting into the actual tracking part so soon, but Im here now and Im not turning back.

This forum has provided me with so much information and insight. Im far from a professional and besides a few piano lessons when I was younger I have no formal training. In the following days I plan on posting some of my recordings to be bashed (Go easy on me!) and eventhough they need work I think there pretty darn good for the amount of time Ive been doing this (Since Nov.07).

So I look forward to the feedback and Im proud to consider myself part of this community. Sorry it took so long for my introduction. I guess I was just shy. I will also post my gear list and maybe some pics... I have recently been suffering from GAS and GRS, And Im pretty proud of what I got so far.

Uhh. I've never cancelled someone's account for not posting. In fact, I've only banned about 10 users over the nearly 3 years now and they were all for spam.
