Hi, Thanks for this site! I am working on building a Mac Pro based recording studio in my basement. I am a folk-rock singer/songwriter and high school English teacher. I gig anywhere from 2 to 4 times per week (more in the summer obviously). I am interested in the Konnekt Live. Any thoughts? Does it have the Assimilator eq curve thingy like the Konnekt 24D? Thanks! I disagree with Brandon that it doesn't have any value, but I can't understand why you'd want it built into a piece of hardware, particularly a piece designed for live performance. The Konntekt Live does have built in DSP, but I don't think it comes with the Assimilation EQ or even know if the one intended for Powercore is compatible. There are software alternatives, but no idea whether there's anything that can work in real time if that's what you need. |

Thanks, It does come with Konnekt. However, the system is so unstable it crashes my OSX every 20 minutes or so. Back to Guitar Center it goes. I appreciate the replies. The reverbs sure sounded good, though. |
