 Howdy fom Houston Just joined theis site ... decided to make the plunge into digital recording !!! was using 4 track tape ... I've gotten a Tascam US1641 interface that I'm going to use with my Toshiba Satellite A215 ( it has a AMD Turion 64X2 chip running @ 2 Ghz, with 2 Gig ram) ... running on the Home version of Vista ... kinda doing this on the cheap and hopeifully I can get it to run !!!!!!! so with that said I'll most likely have a ton of questions !!!!  |

Welcome...You sound a lot futher down the road than I am..I've have a yamaha aw16g...I guess I'm old guard on having a fader to push...but good luck! I'm in OKC btw...
