I'm new to the Forum. My name is Bob. I'm a 39 year old "just for fun" guitarist and singer who is with a 5-piece cover band, and I also do a little home recording here and there. I am mostly a "seat-of-the-pants" person when it comes to recording and know very little about the more advanced concepts of recording.

This isn't a show off contest. There are tons of terrible mixes on there. Few are home runs. It's about getting specific advice to improve your recordings. It's hard to beat customed tailored advice.
