HELP, I need an advice

Hello, My name is Juan Diaz. I am new in this music studio business. I Use Logic Studio 8 with some PSP, native instruments plug ins.

I need some advice in a good (not so much expensive) mic for male singer.
I have a Shure Ksm 27 for acoustic guitars.

I also need advice for a good beat quantizer that works in logic pro.

I apreciate your suggestions in advance.

I read some good reviews in amazon and harmony review.

I still Got troubles with audio Quantizer, the plugin that comes with logic really sucks. that quantizer really mess up my audio.

Any suggestions?
