Default Hello

Hello everyone! Im excited about finding this forum. Seems like alot of good information and great constructive criticism here. Ive been doing home recordings and what not for a while now. I actually just ordered a Digi 003 rack last night. Im pretty excited about it. I moved to the mac platform about 6 months ago. Anyways, im sure ill be asking stupid questions before long so I appologize ahead of time!! ha. I look forward to posting some stuff very soon!

Thanks
Jacob

Welcome to the forum, Jacob. After one of the longest weeks of my life, I FINALLY got the site back up even if it's limping in a few areas. Don't be shy about asking the questions!

How's it going with your Digi 003? Remember we have a Pro Tools forum.

Be patient. Any software switch takes time. When you are already proficient on one system it's hard to jump into a new system where you know nothing. Been there done that. Stick with it. If you get frustrated, just remind yourself that this stuff takes time.

Yeah, I figured out what I was doing wrong yesterday. The view of my instrument track was set to "notes". Once I set it to "region" I could do what I wanted. Man, I was really about to go crazy! Haha
