Mastering engineers are everywhere. Just contact them, pay them, and get mastering.

You know this. What are you really asking?

Hi Brandon What I need to know is how do I save the work I have already done on my Cubase before sending it to a second party so that my work will go straight onto his Cubase programme for mastering .Do I export it say as an OMF file a cpr file or do I save the project to a new folder and just send that folder. In other words how do I export all the audio information needed for mastering?
Hope you can help

Richard

Oh.

Well, I would never send a Cubase session to a mastering engineer. There are a million technical reasons for this. The short version is you don't need to send anything but the 24 bit wave file of your mixdown (export). He'll do the rest. If you want to hear the details, let me know.

I have no idea of your understanding on the subject, so I need to ask. You have already finished the mixing, right? (Some beginners mistake mixing for mastering and vice versa).

When I went to Eric Conn of Independent Mastering, all we did was snag the 24 bit wav files from my flash drive.
