Cubase le4 corrupt/Disabled sel ???

Cubase le4 corrupt/Disabled sel ???

I have removed and transfered Sel from Cubase to laptop from home PC. just got another with presonus hardware, tried to load on home PC, it is still showing old SeL Nr, and now saiz it is corrupt/disabled. cant even start Qbase le4 on home pc. Sent emails to CubaseNet, no response. Is there anyway to remove old Sel ???? Allready tried the new elicenser download, no help there...
