Recently, there was a 10 page article about Rick Rubin in the New York Times. All of his tremendous successes, he attribitued all of it to simply producing records as a fan. I can't think of a better lesson for those of us recording at home. More... |

He also had a great passion for some really accessible music as well... my idea of what is good as a fan is ridiculously complicated and borderline impossible to play. Or maybe its boring... I dunno. I like what Rubin did in the early 90s |
