when i record on cubase studio 4 is it better to add all my effects as i lay tracks then go to the mastering section to put on to 2 tracks stereo and add comp rev etc.i find iam overdoing things when addin eq and comp and limiter it seems to take the punch and clarity out my recordings can anyone give me advice on this and how i can get clarity and depth without to much effects. i have read the manual. but i always seem to get mixed up. and when i use the repeat section and join some music loops together it seams to jump i now i must be getting the timing wrong or something. i do refer to the manual a lot. but sometimes it gets confusing.any help much appr. billy |
