But you didn't go into any mastering details!!

What was it like watching super-professionals have at your stuff? Did they do a lot of tweaking that made your eyes bulge, or did subtle tweaking add up or what? Were you able to come away with any knowledge for your future mixes...like something you need to focus on or stuff not to worry about?

I've got a whole article coming up on this one. First I've got to get the damn reference cd. I haven't got to hear the difference anywhere but in the SUV's wretched system we drove down in.

That little blog was more just telling people how much I liked the guys at Independent Mastering.

My big article will discuss all kinds of shit involving the mastering process and how it effects guys like us.
