Seeking Free-lance Music Composer

Greeting all musicians!

Do any of you guys know any "free-lance" music composer in your area, or are you a freelance music composer?

I'm currently seeking a creative person to compose new music and I will sign him/her as a music composer. I pay per song or album (Min. 8 songs, Max 10 songs).

Music styles preferred: SoftPop, PopRock, and Country.

I just need the instrument tracks (without vocal), thus I will handle both the vocal recording and mastering processes.
