Cool - now let's write some kick ass music.

Sorta takes the fun out of it....
its a biz not fun when money becomes the consideration

have problems later
have problems sooner
you pick

i choose to avoid the later ones
by doing the paperwork first

you may think it
the lawyers do not think that
the law does not say that

this is clearly a collaboration once it got combined
they all have all rights to use all of it any way they want
anytime anywhere anyyadayada

the copyright issue is settled and finished
once it was written it was copyrighted

the only question is REGISTERING the copyrightS
and then suing each other

best to just move on and forget this one

it is possible to do after the fact paperwork
getting everybody to agree is questionable
if they agreed they wuold still be playing together

does anybody really expect to make millions off this music?
better to spend time on newer material and forget the past

The real bottom line that no one seems to want to face is that you have about as much chance of making money with music as you do of winning the lottery.
