 Web Warning For Bands/musicians
Just in case any of you are planning on creating a new website or moving one, at all costs avoid WEB.COM. This company, (already overpriced at $29.95/month) refuses to honor cancellations and continued to charge my credit card months after I had been told that my account was cancelled! After over 10 phone calls and hours on the phone and numerous email exchanges, I finally had to resort to cancelling my credit card! Please spread the word and DO NOT let anyone you know use this untrustworthy company.  |
