Have you got some tracks which you have compiled/made? Interested in hearing other peoples tracks?

Jordan here from a new home grown music community, called Boost-Us
Boost Us, the place for home grown musicians, bands, and much more!

I’m writing this post to inform you and invite you to join the community. We are a Home grown music community, who’s goal is to share our original tracks, cover tracks, and just basically share our flavor.


Boost-us has many features for users to take advantage of, Music, Photo and Video galleries, to upload your tracks/videos/pictures, Personal profiles, Groups, classifieds, events, polls, articles, blogs, and News. Your also able to add friends, comments, add profile/band music.

So feel free to check it out, and start contributing!

With the site being in early stages Im still working on a few errors which I’m aware of, but if you do come across one please do let me know at (admin (at) boost-us (dot) com, as being the only person working on it, it can be hard to get all the errors out!

I tried signing up, clicked the submit button and the page did nothing..

The problem probaly is you didnt scroll up to see the box highlighted in red, This indicated its required, or in incorrect, if its not this can you just answer this.

What internet program are you using? Internet explorer, FireFox, Safari, I havn't seen that problem before.

I just made an account, and there was no problem,

You may have been unluckey enough to try be making one when i was changing the main database. But even then it should have loaded.

Box highlighted in red? I don't see that. I am using Mozilla Firefox and I tried it on Internet Explorer, same result on both- I click submit and nothing happens, I filled out all the required information.

Meh. I've been on Myspace for a year now. Waste of time. I've been on Soundclick for a year. Waste of time. The only people that listen to you are other musicians. The rest of the time you have to shamelessly promote yourself for a few listens.

Putting music on sites does nothing. Playing live music does.

I need representation from someone who believes my songs and music can be sold as a product, and shop it around for me.

Well thanks for your comment, But i think that you have one major thing wrong, Not all people want to do music to get rich and famous, and often the ones who do are the ones who, in the end, turn out to get nothing out of it! and dont remain famous

Music to me, and i would hope many others, is about expressing my self. Its not about getting rich and famous, i just would like to share it with people who enjoy to listen to the message and gets something out of it. (and if you get famous because people like it thats just a bonus)

The great thing about music, is its universal, you play any song in a middle of the war, both sides would listen and get something, protest songs, no doubtfully both sides would agree with the message.

anyway YES i do advertise it as promote your self,
But I think promoting your self with fellow musicians and music lovers is the first step.

But thats my opinion,
