Actually I've removed the entire thing from the internet but basically it was this:

Make a series of videos, one on one type things, where I was talking to the viewer as though they were right there with me. Tried to draw them in and have some fun and then close with a request that they would tell a friend, pass the video along, whatever.

I'm now calling them the fail videos. I can't say as though I recommend it.
