Default Volume gone quiet after processor change

Hi. I am using cubase SX3 and I have got my computer connected to a yamaha MW10C usb mixer. I recently changed my processor, and since the change the audio output from cubase to the mixer via usb has become really quiet. I am using asio for all, and when I send the audio to my desk top speakers via my soundcard it is fine. Any ideas please?

Is your CPU the only thing you changed?

So the level in Cubase looks plenty hot in the 2bus/stereo out meters, but is low on your interface/mixer?

Does the MW10c have any kind of control panel?

Have you verified that you are still using ASIO4All within Cubase? Sometimes the driver will become unloaded but Cubase won't really let you know. Going to Devices and selecting the driver again often fixes this sort of thing.

Hi. Thanks for the replly. Yes, the processor was all I changed. Have tried all the different types of asio drivers available to me, the creative asio and the dirrect x asio drivers. I also updated the asio4 all drivers as I noticed there was a never version released, but still the same problem. updated my soundcard drivers too. As it is now, I have to turn the volume up on my mixer and as a result get a lot of hiss.
There is not much of a control panel on the MW10c, but I hadn't touched anything on there.

    Hey guys!
Could you help me as well?
I'm new to this forum (don't even know how to start an own thread)

    But my main question was..

I'm using cubase 4. And my project won't play any sound..the asio driver is turned on my m-audio interface.
But, still, the meters are running and everything is visible. But I just can't hear anything.
I try opening other projects on cubase and I can listen to them.

    Help please...I'm getting really frustrated

check if your onboard sound is disabled in your BIOS. I'm presuming that you know how to do this seeing as you've changed a processor. That can sometimes cause problems with volume on other sound cards.

Any luck, Deckard? It might be worth looking for a new soundcard tbh, creative cards are more trouble than they're worth.

Karey, press F4 and go to the outputs tab, see if the stereo out is linked up to your outputs on your sound card.
