Default Two questions

Everytime I create a Cubase session I want the Mix window to be extended, but its not, and I always have to click the "up arrow" on the left to make all the inserts/sends show up. Is there a way to make this the default when creating a session?

When I press space bar, the transport will jump to the beginning of the song, but I want it to play on a point where I specify. If I click on the top of the blue bar where you can place the markers, it will still play back from the beginning instead of the point where I clicked. THanks guys

I'm positive you can save "Windows" in Cubase. I can't remember how I did it. It may have been called "workspaces". Do a search in the manual and see if that helps.

Someone else mentioned this a few weeks ago. I'd be shocked if you couldn't change this as Cubase is extreme configurable. Again, I'd try doing a search for "space bar" in the manual to see if that helps.
