Switching mic phase

Hello all cubase enthusiasts, this is probably just a simple questions but i can find the answer myself so i though id ask.

I am just wondering how to switch the phase of a microphone using cubase LE4,

In the mixer dohickey...F3 in SX3....it's towards the top of the channel. It's a circle with a line through it.

Polarity invert is what it's actually called (the technical term, not sure what they call it in Cubase).

It is where Brandon said. look for the circle with diagonal line across it.
