Default Superior drummer 2 multichannel output in cubase 5

    Hey guys.

I'm looking for a way to output the sound from SD2 into multiple channels in Cubase 5. I want to be able to put the kick on one channel, snare on the next etc, so I can adjust the volume of each element separately using cubase faders rather than opening SD every time I need an adjustment.
Toontrack has a video tutorial on their website (Toontrack) that shows how to do that in Pro Tools. I also know it can be done in Logic 9, so I'm guessing it should be possible in Cubase as well, but after few days of trying I'm still unable to do it.

Soo, any help will be greatly appreciated

    Cheers,
    Barilla.

I think I remember seeing a tutorial on Youtube somewhere. I do this with EZDrummer: Hope it works the same with SD. It is done under 'Devices>Vst Instruments (or F11). Select EZD in slot 1. Create midi channel. Next click on that right arrow icon on the VST Instruments panel and 'Activate All Outputs'. Pg. 176 in the manual.

    Hope this gets you going.
