Recording External Fx in Cubase SX
Hello there, i've bought Korg Kaoss Pad 3 for using it with Cubase and Reason. My soundcard is M-Audio Delta 1010LT.
So now, the problem is, i want to record my touchs on the Kaoss. I've made a new External Fx. I choose one vsti, for recording somethings.. And i start to record. After that i want to do some effects on it. I open an effect channel, and choose my external fx (kaoss pad), and after that i choose external fx for the "send" of the channel of vsti. So the things are allrights, aren't they ? And then i start to record some melodies for example with my vsti. After that, i want to do some effects on it. I can hear the sound of effects (my touchs on the kaoss) but if i want to record it (my touchs, movements), i can't hear the sound after the recording. Because it's not possible to record the effect..I mean i want to record the action of effect. But i think, i do something wrong.. Please can anyone help me ??
