Default midi problem

Im using Cubase LE,
I've recorded two audio tracks and made a midi drum track(through GM map),
Problem is:

When i export audio mixdown, it doesn't include the Drum track.
Alternatively i tried exporting only midi track, but it gave the piano sound instead of drums.

moreover , i did something in midi toolbar, midi isn't giving any sound any more
Please help me out!

You need a virtual instrument to route to MIDI to and render the instrument and MIDI together to get an audio track. Consult the manual under "virtual instruments".

First, Press F11. F11 is where your synths and samples for this current song are located. If you are using some other synth/sample source (like Windows Wavetable or whatever) it is not routed within Cubase. You are simply sending MIDI out of Cubase, triggering an external synth in Windows and that audio is not finding it's way back. This is no different than running your MIDI track out to an external synthesizer. You've got to get it back in.

Unfortunately, the Wavetable thing is a piece of junk that was designed to play Windows sounds and that is about it. It's useless for recording and should not be used.

You want to use drums in Cubase. If you don't like the drums in Cubase, it's time to add on. For fake / techo drums I recommend Battery 3 and for real drums I recommend going here. Realistic Drum Samples
