What are you doing?

I don't use reason but if it can save its midi data as .mid file that's all you need.

Then import midi file on the file menu in cubase and it should be there.

thanks for the response but if i import it, it splits up into 2 tracks and does not come up the way i want it. i thought it would come out the same way as you import audio track into cubase LE. what else should i try?

Midi is just instructions on how the drums should be played, it has no sound.

So when you bring in a midi drum track into cubase you have to send it to a sound module, either hardware or software to hear it.

If you want it to sound just like it did in reason, use reason as the sound module with rewire. Or if you import it and it doesn't sound right because it's using the wrong drum notes, use a drum map to move things around a little.
