Here is what it is doing. I import a file that was recorded at 90 BPM. I first create a project and set the tempo to 90. I then import the audio file. I make sure the Note is on and I set the tempo map to 95. The file stretches out farther and the tempo doesn't change at all even though the musical note is ON? What am I doing wrong?

| No effect at all. It acts as though it is set to time and not beats and bars. Also if compared to PT as though the tracks are sample based instead of tick based.
