Default file exporting/importing

What I need to know is this.. Everyone in my band has cubase sx3 we usually get together and track then make copies of our finished tunes to take home and add overdubs how can we import these separate midi and audio files back into one project for mixing? all help is sincerely appreciated

Go to 'File' then Import Audio and then MIDI tracks. right?

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking here. To import a file you just drag the file into the Cubase SX3 main track window.

You'll want to make sure you export each and every track from the very start of the project so there are no issues with lining up the tracks. Other than that there isn't much to it.
