Default Cubase SX3 and Nuendo 3

Is Cubase SX3 and Nuendo 3 operate in a similar way? What I mean is that if I know how to work in Nuendo 3, will I be able to work in Cubase 3 also; and vice versa? They look pretty similar to me. If they are different, what's the difference? Thanks.

You've got me. I've never used Nuendo. Good luck.
