Default Cubase SX: Do you use one project for a bunch of songs?

Hi all,
I'm still quite new to getting cubase to do what I want so here's some more Q's.

I'm trying to stick with using the built in tempo track while also trying to use a single project for an entire album worth of songs.

So, do you normally do a single project for one song? Or do you set up one project and keep it until the end of time for one band/CD? I'm assuming it is easier to use a single proejct so all of your settings can apply to all the songs the same way?

One hitch I have so far is I can't seem to get the tempo track (ctrl+T) to change time signatures mid-way. It seems to want to apply the new signature to the entire tempo track. That can't be right since it is normal to have several time signature changes throughout a song.

All help is appreciated.

Cheers!

The little bit of white space between the tempo grid and the location guide (where you are in the song) is the time signature area. Double click anywhere to add a new time sig change and use the time sig selector above to change it.
