Default Cubase Metronome Help

Hello, my first post.

I posted this on the Line6 forum but I suppose it's more of a Cubase problem I'm having.

Im having problems recording my PODXT with Cubase SX3, so I've got it hooked up by USB and headphones to the PODXT. Latest drivers have been installed etc.

I can't hear the metronome click, I got it working a few times, then I'd close cubase or start over thinking I've got it working and it'd not work anymore.

I've looked at the 'setting up with cubase' tutorial dozens of times and it isn't helping me. I change my settings so that all input > output = podxt in windows sound options. Because I want to not only record using the PODXT (With metronome coming through headphones), and I want to hear the playback with the headphones after. I change my ASIO driver thing IN Cubase to the PODXT. I can record and hear the guitar fine, but I can't hear the metronome. Click is enabled, when I go into the 'Mixer' thingy, the 'Audition' track that I've heard some people have muted when they get this problem, its unmuted, but I can see the sound registering, I just can't hear it.

Any ideas whats causing this?

Thanks.

Default Re: Cubase Metronome Help

Press F4. You need to find the "Audition" tab. This is where the Cubase click track is routed by default. Make sure it's routed to the proper stereo outputs.
