    Question CUbase le4 auto-save

Does anyone know if le4 has an auto-save option somewhere? I'm asking 'cause i was in the middle of recording backing vocals over a shitload of tracks and cubase crashed. These guys have been working hard today and we got a surprising amount of work done, obviously we've been going at it non-stop so we never saved, and now it's all gone. I need to start saving after every audio event recorded, i know, but i really don't want this to happen again. Needless to say i now have to dish out cash and buy them a case of beer. The beer could've been mine

If you were recording audio it's still there, just import it into your project. Any tracks would be in the audio folder where your project is saved. Open the pool window and import from there then drag it from the pool onto an empty space and it will create a track for it.

    If it's midi, it's gone.

Got to get used to saving.

I save everytime I get ready to do a test mixdown because I audio mixdown sometimes crashes cubase for me.
I never finish a mix, just abandon it.

You set autosave in the Preferences Menu.
