Default Cubase LE Timing Problems

OK here is my situtaion, We recorded the drum tracks on a Mac using Garage Band, then I took the tracks (AIFF Files) and put them on my PC. I am using Cubase LE on a PC, I opened Cubase and created a new project, inserted all my new tracks then imported the drum tracks and everything loaded fine and played back fine. I recorded my bass track then sent the AIFF bass track back to my cousin that I got the drum tracks from and he inserted the track into Garage Band. When he played the song the drums started before the bass, why is this?. Another problem is I took all the drum tracks and my bass track and gave it to my guitarist on a memory stick and he loaded then on his PC using Cubase LE and everything played perfect. Now here is another problem. I recorded a new bass track for a song I already gave my guitarist and when he removed the original bass track and inserted the new bass track and payed it back the bass track started about a second after the drums started, what is going on here I am at a loss............

It appears that when you imported the drums into Cubase you might have cut off some of the silence between the drums and shifted them so they started closer 0:00.

When working within programs like this, you must keep the time alignment perfect.

It's also possible that you left your drums in tact but when you exported the bass track, you may not have kept the start marker at 0:00.
