I have Cubase LE and I am using the Steinberg MI:4 Audio Interface. I can only seem to record in either the left or right channel depending on which input I plug the mic into. I have a condenser mic and I'm not sure how to record using both channels. Can someone help me please? This has been wrecking my brain forever.

When you create a track in cubase to record, make sure it is a mono track. If you create a stereo track and record with a single mic then either the left or right channel of the track records the signal. |
