Hello everyone, I'm sorry that my first post is a technical issue, but 'm at a standstill and can really use some help. I'm using an old version of Cubase LE that came with my E-MU 0404 PCI soundcard. This issue I'm seeing is that the soundcard has 2 inputs, which should allow me to record two mono tracks simultaneously, lets say keyboard on input 1 and drum machine on input 2. Whats happening is the keyboard on input 1 is going into tracks 1 & 2 that Im trying to record. I have triple checked to make sure that the audio input 1 is going to track 1, and that audio input 2 is going to track 2. Has anyone seen this before. Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks Jason |

You have latest Emu drivers/patchmix installed? You select what types of inputs you use in patchmix, if you want a stereo input or mono input and add sends as you set it up. Check devices/VSTconnections in cubase to see how your inputs are routed from your hardware. Sounds like your sends are overlapping or something.
