Cubase Falling out when opening project made on another PC

Hello,

I hope somebody can help me solve this one, i've tried looking on the net and can't seem to find anybody who has the same problem i am experiencing with my Cubase.

If i try to open a project made on another PC, my Cubase crashes and totally disappears. I have to completely re-start Cubase. It doesnt give me more than a few seconds and falls out. This never happened before in the same circumstances, and my Cubase works just fine while working on projects made locally on the computer.

any help will be appreciated ...

Is either using a non-legit version of Cubase? Are both versions the same (what version is that)? Does the project use plugins not available on your computer?

hi,

both veresion are NOT lgt ... and infact, its cubase sx 3 on the other end, and Nuendo 3 on my end .. BUT this always worked in the past until only recently .....

there could be some plug-in that are missing from my pc, that are present on the project ...but maybe just one or two ...
