Hi all, I'm using cubase essential 4 on a macbook. The audio signal is being recognized, but while recording no sound is recognized. When I hit the stop button, the whole recording track disappears. On one occasion, it started actually recording the track half way through. Also, on some songs, I am not able to hit the play button with any result. The transport doesn't move (unless I move it using the fast forward or rewind buttons). Sometimes it will eventually play a minute or two later. I'm sure these issues are related, but I haven't figured it out yet. Thanks for any help, Brian |

I am having this problem too. I have not used cubase in a year or so... What is the solution? I am trying to lay a drum track with ezdrummer. It shows signal on the meter in the track and may be recording but the track disappears when I stop recording. I just want to write and record, not learn computer engineering! argh! |
