Default changing bmp or speed of track

how can i change the tempo of track i recorded (audio)?
and i mean not just the metronom speed alone, i need the music that i recorded to play faster or slower..how do i change this?

I'm not sure which version of Cubase you are using. You are looking to do some time stretching. I know Cubase SX3 can do it. Check the manual. I wish I could be more help, but I've never needed this.
