Default Can I use Cubase le4 on two seperate computers?

I have a new computer on the way and I need to know if I can run my copy of le4 on them both? Will this screw up the liecening on one or maybe both? Do I have to purchase a copy of ... say cubase essential 4 for the new one to get around this problem?

I doubt if it will 'cause problems', it just won't register. That's my guess anyway.

Red face Re: Can I use Cubase le4 on two seperate computers?

I am new to sharing my problems over the internet, so please bare with me... Bought my Logic Studio in January 09 and was advised that I needed an interface for live recordings. Lexicon was the shops recommendation and I thought that I'd use this device with Logic Studio. Then I realised in order to use Lexicon, I needed to copy a Steinberg software on my Mac PRO at home and that's when I met Cubase for the first time. After much hastle to register, the Cubase eventually became the software I used for recording. Things were fine until I recently bought a MacBook so that I could do recordings on location. But just cannot get the Cubase to register the laptop with Steinberg. I have contacted them in Germany but they have not been able to resolve the problem, even though I bought one of their "Steinberg Keys" which they suggested I should. After much frustration, I decided that enough is enough and I'll do all my recordings on Logic Studio which I have no problem with. BUT, after a recording I cannot get a sound when playing back. There was nothing wrong with the recording though as I could see all the levels moving. To test, I also bounced the track as MP3 and there it was.
I would be grateful if there is anyone who can eiher suggest how to use/register Cubase with 2 computers or how to get Logic Studio to playback a recorded track.
Many Thanks
Rezcube
