convincing bass for cubase.

looking for good bass vst plagin or anything els to play the sound with midi keyboard.

*tried virtual bassist, but as far as i tested it, it contain nice loops , but no single sounds (do re mi fa..) only loops.

Are you looking for synth bass? Acoustic? Electric? To my ear the most realistic sounding (and fun to play) electric bass is the Scarbee Black Bass library for Kontakt. Next would be Trilogy (which also has an awesome acoustic bass and a ton of synth bass stuff). Excellent bang for your buck.
