Toontrack EZ Drummer - Rushed Fills
Just listening to the demos on the website - the fills sound terrible. I would need it for its beats and auto fills. The fills sound rushed and without style/rythym.

You could always manually program them, I guess. I was never big on using preset "grooves" anyway. I hate going through folders to find what I want when I could just make it myself.

Which ones specifically? I'm not a fan of the sound of EZ drummer, but the fills sound fine to me in terms of timing, and since they're designed to work within bar phrasing, I can't see them being far off the grid.

I can't speak for the the overall sample package, but a few of the tunes posted in Recording Reviews that used EZ Drummer sounded AWESOME. I LOVED the room sound I was hearing. I'm still waiting to hear about the new DFH Superior 2.0 which should have similar caliber rooms.

Not that I'm aware of, but maybe. Toontrack makes DFH and they also make EZ Drummer so who knows!

Mmm...does anyone know, I'm pretty sure I've seen it referred to a DFH EZDrummer (which I think was teh first one) but is now re-packaged as 'EZDrummer'.
Anyone else seen these, and know if theyre different products apart from teh name?
