Toontrack DFH Superior 2.0 Release Date?
I was just wondering if anyone knew when DFH Superior 2.0 was scheduled to be released. I've done just a little looking, but haven't found anything definite. I'm excited about this one.

"Superior Drummer® 2.0 ships in the second half of June 2008" From their forum by a company rep: "Superior Drummer 2.0 Ships in the shift between May and June. I know this is even later than stated in the NAMM video but we want to make sure that Superior Drummer 2.0 holds to the promise made by the success of EZdrummer and the standard of dfh Superior and Superior Custom and Vintage and that will take a little extra time. I think you will all find it well worth the extra wait. "

yea, it def. said first quarter of 08 but I found that it was pushed back a little bit. in any case, i hope it comes out around june or july cause I am gonna own the fuck out of it.

As much as I like DFH Superior 1.0, I'm convinced that 2.0 may be the end all for me. I may never need any new drum samples again.

I pre-ordered my S2 upgrade ($129 shipped) yesterday off of the Toontrack website. Hopefully it will appear by the end of the month.

Woooww!! Plz tell us how it is. I wanna know if It's as good as drums from hell superior. I expect it to be so versatile that you could perform a super heavy metal song or even a pleasant jazz tune with it.
