sample tank 2 issues

hey there,

ive bought the full sampletank 2 program with all the sounds. im using it as a plug in via pro tools hd. im having a pretty difficult time figuring out the way the thing loads sounds/categories of sounds. when i go from the browser menu it always says the sound im trying to load (and all its subsequent parts) cant be found. the only way i can figure out how to load sounds is to go in to prefs, browse the root folder and load categories 1 at a time. then it works, but only with that category (like bass, for instance). i cant seem to load all the instruments and have them available in the browser for me to scroll through. im sure this is just me getting used to the work flow of the sampletank engine, but its really getting frustrating. any nuts and bolts walk through-type help would be greatly appreciated. im on an intel mac, os x 5.7.

edit:
also, sometimes i seem to get that to work by highlighting all the categories in the prefs browser, but often it will work until i click a sound that need the system to do a "pre analysis". then it will just not play anymore once its done that.

The sounds appear in the right side.
You double click on one and itt shoud load in the left panel

Maybe you need tto do a re-install.
Or do a rescan of the sound folders first. The button on the right that says relist.
