roland mc50 mk2 sequencing problem
hey mate:if any of ya can assist me with the following i'd appreciate it.
jack synth direct to sequencer Midi sequencer outport to synth inport ----synth outport to sequencer inport. I played something on the synth and midi messages were sent and received and synth sounded. my main set-up Keyboard controller outport goes to midi patchbay inport 1 Roland mc50 mk2 sequencer outport goes to midi patchbay inport 3 Roland mc50 mk2 sequencer inport goes to anatek 2x1 merger outport anatek 2x1 merger inport 2 goes to midi patchbay outport 1 midi patchbay outport 2 goes to synth which i assign midi channel 4 on my Keyboard controller I assign midi channel 4 I start record on sequencer play notes on Keyboard controller I hear the synth for 4 bars,press stop on sequencer,press play on sequencer,I see the bars going by but I hear no sound. Can ya give me some insight as to where my problem lies?
